About KVT Concrete
In June 2011, Kartya constructions Pvt Ltd began its operation in Ready Mix Concrete in the name KVT CONCRETE (A Unit of Kartya constructions Pvt Ltd) and it is the only plant in Madurai using the German based ‘Liebherr’ machinery, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of construction machinery.
Ourplant has 4 bin aggregate system with production capacity is 60 cubic metre. RMC is produced under fully automatic computer controlled batching plants. A fleet of modern transit mixers of 8-cubic metre and stationary concrete pumps help deliver concrete at various distances and heights directly to our customers’ construction sites. We have a fully equipped modern laboratory for testing raw materials and fresh concrete. Our manufacturing unit is equipped with a dedicated team of qualified and experienced engineers, concrete technologists and technicians, who assist customers in specifying quality standards and design concrete mixes in various grades to suit their need.

Kartya Constructions Pvt Ltd, construction company being formed by Mr.T.Sathiyamoorthy, B.E. (Civil) during the month of Oct. 2010 with a motto to deliver the requirements of the clients within the time schedule and ensuring quality of work. The company is being backed up by group of dedicated Engineers and Staff.
KVT Blue Metals
The KVT BLUE METALS Crushing plant is a ‘Metso ’crushing plant, which includes jaw crusher, impact crusher or cone crusher, vertical shaft impact and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is 250t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement for the stone crushing, we also cater the need of other construction material , such as Manufactured sand (M SAND).

RMC as it is popularly called refers to Concrete specifically produced in a batching plant to a set strength and quality to suit customer needs. RMC is delivered at construction site in a freshly mixed and unhardened state for immediate use.
